my gliders like to eat both the soft white wax worms and the crunchy crawly mealies. what i want to know is, which one is better for them nutrition wise?

Don't ask me to back this up because I cannot for the life of me remember where I read this, but I believe that the wax worms are much higher in fat. If I am incorrect, trust me, someone will post a correction

Oh yeah! Wax worms are fatty. With bearded dragons they are only meant as an occasional treat. Bearded dragons are about 3* the size of gliders. I would stick to crickets and meal worms
