i give my glider the fat free yogurt. its okay as a treat but you have to look for the ingredients.

i give it to mine, they eat it sometimes, sometimes they don't. they seem healthy but i guess only time will tell. i called the yogurt company to ask if there was galactose in their yougurt, they said if it wasn't listed on the ingredients it wasn't in the product, that is what i heard was bad about the yougurt, (besides the fat, get low fat yogurt)

Brisky Pets (www.brisky.com) sells this product called "Luv Bugs." It's a nectar powder with insect protein in it. They sell it for birds, gliders, etc. (I got something like it at a bird show once for my canary and gouldian finches). Anyway, I thought I'd try it. I have two gliders, and for them I give them a heaping tablespoon of plain low fat yogurt, a teaspoon of the "luv bugs", a pinch of gliderade, and a pinch of repcal, mix it all together and voila! Glider Dinner! And they eat it all up! Naarah Starshine and Buster, the gliders
