Hi!!
There are many good foods to feed crickets. Pet stores sell gut-loading crickets feeds and you can also give crickets vegetables. For water you can soak a sponge and put it in a container and into the cricket area. I give my crickets the water sponge, carrots/potato/etc, and the gut-loading feed. For good info on cricket care you may want to try looking at reptile sites. A great place to buy insects is:
