I know cheese or milk products are bad for gliders but I cant help but feed it to mine as a treat! They goooo CRAZY for cheese. Ive been giving it to them in very small amounts for 3 months! They seem ok, no bad affects that I can see! I dunno they are such picky eaters I have tried so many treats and they want cheese. Nacho cheese to be exact! I cant take it away from them thats the one thing they really like! Can it kill them?

Gliders do not produce enough enzymes to break down the cheese. Over time the left over cheese keeps building up and keepung them from properly digesting other foods. So if you give a small ammount then over time they will break it down...but whos to say how long that takes. I would give them a treat that is better for them...just keep trying new things.
