ok my little boy loves them.... he had a little bit and he was flipping over it.... he is sooo funny.... he won't even look at a cricket,,,,,much less want to eat one... he's way to cute....

Well, one has alot of sugar and the other has alot of fat, however, if I had to make a choice, I would probably chose the nut and only as a treat about once a week or so. I have given mine a maraschino cherry, but all of them just licked the juice that was on the plate and left the cherry. In any case, a healthier treat would be better.
