OMG i was eating dinner actually a late dinner and have aussie in bonding pouch .... she came out of the pouch and grabbed the paster....lol she lovesssss it.... i just hope it's ok for her...

Pasta is ok as an occasional treat. I heard that too many carbs can be fattening for them. I can't remember where I heard it. But I remembered it b/c I was going to make toys out of different shaped pasta and decided against it.

Treva, I agree with Rachel2. Patsa, as a carb, can be converted to fat through your glider's metabolism (or it's metabolic pathway), just like it does in humans. However, if your glider is very active, that should burn those off unless your glider's diet is rich in fat. I would do as you said-once a week and not very much of it, without the pasta sauce and/or butter (i.e., fatty products) on it. Their bodies can only tolerate so much, as compared to ours. Good luck!
