Ok guys.. I do not know if you will like this or not.. as it is a kinda demented cartoon  , "Glider Pyramid." I have been advertising for a cartoonist to create a logo for my business ;), and this was one of the replies that I got, was hilarious, but not what I was looking for.

I have to agree with Mary/Beck. Only someone well acquainted with gliders MIGHT know what they are, hehehe. They all appear to be on some sort of "trip" 
Now that I think about it, they sorta look like drunk rats with capes, LOL

They do look like monkeys, I've seen lots of pictures of sugar gliders, even though I don't own one it does look like monkeys.
