That little pin has to be removed with a pair of needle nose pliers. I replaced the small pin with a larger one and now I can take the wheel off without having to find the pliers.

Also another way to do it is to press on the center of the wheel. That way you don't have to use the pliers

the wheel that I have does not have a pin it has a nut thing...
