I just wanted to add my input on the topic of Tofu of what I learned about it. Tofu is very high in phosphorus and phosphorus prevents the absorbtion of cacium so why feed a glider a protein source that would adversely affect his ability to build up strong bones. Also, calcium helps out the heart to function too. Just wanted to give out a statement concerning the issue of Tofu. That's one major reason I never used it!
