Utah has some very strict laws about sugar gliders. you can not purchase one without a permit. Ms Shell is from there ans she can tell you exactly what the law is...I believe that you are not allowed to breed in Utah..but I may be wrong..it just may be a really strict permit.

I have just recently sold a glider to a girl in UT, and she had to go through some red tape per sae' to get hers, but if you are into for the love of a Glider and are willing to do as you need to, to own one then the outcome is wonderful.

Met the girl on the Glider boards, and helped her to get the one she has now.

P.S. If you are able to locate someone that is willing to sale you one without the proper certifications, please think twice as the laws are not hard to get one, but are TWICE as stiff if you get caught with one and not with the proper paper work.
Where in Utah are you from may I ask?
