i have 4 gliders seems all of them have this thing but only one seems to leave it out almost all the time. It's like 2 little pink sticks coming out of his butt he's about 6 months old and there is another his age the ohter 2 are adults. We are a little concerned but before taking him to the vet we thought we'd just ask on here. He's acting perfectly normal and all is well as far as eating, playing, and loving. Just please let us know if it's probably scent glands from the anus or if it's a diesease or something, if noone knows then we will take it to the vet to be examined. Thank you Justin

Gliders have a split genitalia which is pink in color. Sometimes for reasons unknown to humans they leave it out from time to time. If this continues for several days you should have him vet checked to make sure there is no infection.

karen is right: It is the genitalia, and some leave it all hangin' out more than others.
