I know they are legal in the state of florida..and someone on glider central has the location has miami...so i believe so...not 100% positive.

yes they are legal in miami, I got my very first 3 yrs. ago from a breeder down there... I am in jupiter now so it's the same county so it's all the same.

you can own a glider. To sell more then 500.00 worth of gliders a year you have to be licensed. If you are a breeder the 500.00-dollar thing does NOT apply. This is only for people selling their pets of mistake Joey's and plan to NOT BREED by getting the male fixed, or plan on not having gliders again.
