I just bought a sugarglider and was wandering why she barks at night is this normal or is she upset?

Barking can mean many things.

Gliders call to each other by barking so your glider may be calling out for someone (maybe you).
They also bark when they are lonely and want some attention.

Gliders also bark if the sense something is wrong..this can be a strange sound or something.

Gliders also bark if they want something like food or water...my glider has barked before when he ran out of food at night.

Try to figure out why the glider is barking....often times talking to them will calm them down.

They do that....they say they are calling to other gliders. When mine do it I just get up and talk to them and they usually stop or turn on a little night light. Hope that helps
