It is possible I know people who have done it...however they will still have "accidents" and it is very very hard to train them...you must start very young. Do not get a glider counting on this becasue very few people have actually been able to.

The biggest problem is the pee. Just make sure he goes to the bathroom before you get him out of the cage. Poop is sorta like a hamster and isn't that big a deal.
And so what if the little fellow pees on you now.

Before I get mine out of his pouch or cage, I hold it in my hands and just let it crawl from one to the other until its tail raises and curls and it stands still. That's when he starts his business. Afterwards it can crawl anywhere on my shoulders.

If you do what Evans says it works but you do have to always make sure you do it like that in the beginning with your hands in the cage. For the most part afterwards at long as he/she's not continuously eating your glider won't pee/poop on you then. You have to always do it the same way and this is how you "potty train" them though still they're not completely trained.
