I've had 2 guinea pigs before they took a lot of work too.1.i had to put down newspaper then unsented kitty litter finally the shavings. I'm 13 1/2 and my mom isn't to sure about my wanting one,do you know a website that will tell me everything i need to know about supplies?

Books recommend that you be at least 12 to own a sugar glider; some older than that are not responsible. The first thing anyone should do is get Caroline MacPherson's book SUGAR GLIDERS. After you have read the book and if you are certain you have the next 12-15 years to devote to a sugar glider, come bak to this site and ask any specific questions you might have. So, get the book and good luck. (Any major bookstore should have or be able to order it for you; the publisher is Barron's.
