: I was in a pet store in Carrolton TX this past sunday and there was a female glider, who looks full grown, who was missing almost half her tail and the last inch or so was raw meat. She was sitting calmly eating Brisky's from a bowl. In full daylight no less. There was a male in the pouch in the cage who also looked full grown
: The employee was not sure what had happened but they had seperated a male out of the display cage and had him in a cage in back.
: The owners were not there so I told hte kid at the register that at the least they needed to put some anti biotic cream on the exposed flesh and that she really needed to go to a vet.
: I will be going back there tomorrow on my day off to see if she is there and to try to see the owner. This store has given me a glider that was dumped on them in the past and I think they might let me have her to nurse back to health. Keep your finger crossed. The logic I will use on them is: how fast will an injured glider sell?
poor baby! Good luck on helping her!
