I am just so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine how I would feel but I know that the feelings of guilt would be great. The thing with feelings is that they are not rational. They are real none the less. I am truely sorry that this happened at all and do hope that you are able to resolve this and your family is joined even closer to your remaining gliders.
