Well, I got Pikatchu about a year and a half ago. I love him to death, and he's very tame and playful. However, I'm moving, and regardless of what I've tried, I cannot get the appartment to allow him to live with me. So, if anyone in or around Ohio would be willing to take him from me, with cage and bowls, etc, he'll give you much enjoyment and companionship. Please email me if you are interested. This is not something I'm happy about doing, but I have to.
