I have just started using it like a suppliment not as any source of food. I also have the bugs and berries mix from cuttlebone plus. Also I mix in glideraid all into a blinder of fruits and veggies and solid glider food and freez it in ice cube trays. It seems to work well for my glider he is a big piggy :).
