Yes W but that same vet gave my telephone number and name to a journalist asking for details on gliders. They have the same grey lines that can end up blurring and causing problems for us.
I also have heard of vets in CA being forced to turn in ferrets that they were treating. I would only get one in CA if you live close enoughto state lines to visit an out of state vet.
Good luck whatever you decide and if you do get one please make sure it is for the animals life as relocating an illegal animal is at least three times as hard as a legal one.
