I have also heard that you aren't supposed to clip the to fused nails that are used for grooming. My gliders grooming nails are so thin that they never hurt. Just what i have heard. Congratulations and goodluck.
P.S. I give Onyx and Yoda a small treat after clipping their nails and they seem to not mind the whole ordeal as much now.
