: Susan, use the leadbeaters. it has all you need for calcium suppliments.

: 1 4oz jar of mixed fruit Gerber baby juice w/yogurt (I use banana JUICE w/yogurt)
: 1 2 1/2 oz jar (Stage 2 Heinz) chicken baby food
: 1/2 cup of high protein baby cereal (dry flakes) (I used rice with fruit bits)
: 1/2 cup honey
: 1 egg scrambled with shell (I use 1 boiled egg with shell)
: 1/4 cup wheat germ
: 2 teaspoons Rep Cal (must be phosphorus free with vit D3)
: Mix well in blender. Freeze in tupperware bowl, or spoon into ice cube trays. Thaw 1 tablespoon per glider each night.. also
: feed veggies and fruit every night.
: This will feed 2 gliders for approximately 1 month.

: I also will get the frozen mixed veggies, corn, peas, carrots, and after I spoon out the Leadbeaters.. I will mix the veggies in their cup with the Leadbeaters. If I add it before I freeze it .. it will make it too hard to scoop out. It should be the consistancy of ice cream. And as an added treat give them plenty of live crickets, and moths.. they love them.
