Am I safe to assume that you cage don't have a bottom that is up off the ground? If that is the case, the best thing that i have found, we were told by a vet, was the paper towels.. It wouldn't take much to get some harware cloth and make a bottom for the cage and setit up on a platform of some sort. The term bedding.. worries me a little you are talking just for the bottom of the cage right? I am assuming that you have a nest box or a pouch even higher up?
