Just in case it happens again. The first thing I do when I have an escapee is make sure there are no uncovered water sources (toilets, sinks or tubs with standing water, large dog bowls). For recapturing a less that totally sweet bonded glider, I usually use a wash cloth to scoop them up and then hold close to my body and gradually remove cloth and leave my hand cuddling the glider.
