If she is just crabbing in the pouch, let her through that fit. Talk to her and pat the pouch. Glider's will bite, but you must leave your hand their and let her. No matter what. After a while, she will realize that she has no effect on you and will stop biting. Sometimes soaps and fragrences will bother them. Try switching your soap if you need to. Also you can try putting honey on you finger to let her like it off. Soon she will associate your hand with a treat. Mine loves mealworms. That seemed to do the trick. Good Luck.
: I have 2 female gliders and one is really friendly. She loves to be with me and I think that's great, but the other one I'm really worried about. I've had her for about seven months, and I think that she would be used to me by now, but she won't have anything to do with me, and she is I think crazy. I can't put her in her pouch because she thows a fit. She only eats out of my hand if she's in the cage, and even then she tries to bite... hard. I would like it, if anyone has any suggestions on how to calm her and make her feel okay with me, and safer. Thanks Val
