When i first got my glider i had the same problem. I put a sock with
in her cage with my scent on it in the cage, she would crawl in it and get use to
my smell. After awhile, I got her out while she was in the sock and
she would crawl out for awhile. when she would crawl out i'd put yogurt
or honey on my finger, and she'd lick it off. when your glider has no fear
of getting out of the cage, he should be all right. good luck!!
