I first met my husband in high school, though I didn't know that was him until after we were married. I was always too shy to talk to the hot guy from the other school. Cue college... I'm a math/physics double major. I start dating an Air Force 1st Lt. We date for 4 years, until he gets orders to go to Langely. I decline to go with him. He is an a$$. Cue a trip to the bar.... What... a... hot... bartender.... That was Justin. Took me 6 months of super-tipping and cyber-stalking before I got the nerve to talk to him. And when I did, I was drunk... I woke up at a friends house with his number in my phone. But I was still to shy to call. I worked security at a nightclub. I'm at work one Friday, and at 2am, after we close, outside security comes to get me. They say some man is sitting outside saying he's here to see me. It was him. I moved in 3 days later, and that was a little more than 10 years and 2 kids ago. I've been pregnant 5 times. We lost 3, at 18 wks, 16 wks, and 12 wks. We have 3 meat goats that my oldest shows in 4-H. Then we eat one and sell the rest. We have 3 rescue muts and 1 pure bred border collie. My parents used to breed them. And of course, we have 2 gliders. I am an accountant. I mostlyy do bookkeeping for 37 companies and do all their payroll and reports throughout the year, as well as financial statements and tax returns. The other associates do most of the individual returns. There are 3 of us here. We have a total of 700 clients. Bookkeeping keeps me super busy. I love it. It's the first job I have had that I look foward to Monday morning. I'm stubborn, and always right. Just ask my husband. I was adopted. My parents told me when I was 4. When I was 16, my birth mother called my parents. It was supposed to be a closed adoption, but this is a small town, so everyone knows what color your turds are. She was going to tell her 3 other girls they had a sister. Turns out, my little sister was my best friend, and I had 3 classes with my older sister. My OLDEST sister is 40 and married to a woman. I look the most like her. None of us know who our father is. Apparently he was in prison for something really bad. My biological mother died on my birthday this past year at the age of 56 from MS. My oldest sister has MS. My chances are between 25% and 50% that I will get it. I worry every day. Every ache, every pain. And I worry about my girls. My husbands family has MS in it too. Every woman in his family has it. It's a horrible dynasty to have. My husband has mild aspergers. His brother has it really bad. My oldest is also mild. VERY mild. My house is crazy. My life is crazy. I am crazy too...

Thanks! I often feel like a Springer episode. I would prefer to feel like an Oprah episode, the one where she goes...YOU get a car, and YOU get a car, and YOU get a car. Last night was bad. My oldest had a rough day at school. I was about to pull my hair out. It is frustrating sometimes having a kid with problems. |
