Can gliders have strawberries? And if they can, how many would you give to a glider at one time? Thanks

Yeah they can eat them I usally give mine a small one every night she loves it!!

My gliders are silly little furbutts. They wont eat strawberries or bananas when either fruit is offered alone. BUT if I blend the two, they will eat every bite!

Mine don't like strawberries either, but they love strawberry yogurt! Goofy guys.

Mine ate strawberries like they were going out of style, at first. Now they won't touch them with a ten foot pole.

My guess is that at first they were thrilled to get ANY real food and after getting a variety they decided they didn't really care for those after all.......LOL

Or else they are just finicky like my kids. Love it or hate it depending on the day of the week and which way the wind blows.......

How do you clean the strawberries to make sure there's nothing harmful on them? I'm always worried about fruit that's not smooth skinned, and hard to wash thoroughly.

My 2 baby boys and the mom love them. The dad likes to eat the insides out and sit in it. He turns red. I only give them those on special occasions now lol.

i keep put the same fruit they dont like in thier bowels everynight till they eat it. i do mix up what they like everynight but i make sure they eat the new fruit. if that makes any sence let me know.

You can just rinse them off with water or put them in a bowl full of water and let them sit for a couple minutes to soak and then rinse this is what I did in the resturant.

yea mine are pretty finicky, the only trhing they consistently like it watermelon lol. they will occasionally eat strawberries. only if they see me eating them LOL

Mine loves Watermelon, blackberry, raspberry, and strawberry, I buy the frozen mixed fruit bag at the grocery store. So she has a variety, I also give her whatever I have fresh that I eat for myself.
