Hi . My name is Destinee, But i go by my middle name, Faith here on the forum. I'm in the 8th grade and 13 years old. i currently own 2 Sugar gliders, and a 6 year old cat. Soon i will just own 1 guinea pig, and a cat. (Although i plan to get another guinea pig for christmas as a companion) I love love love animals and hope to make a career out of it . My parents are separated, and i mostly live with my dad, which my mother is fine with as long as i stay with her at least 1-2 days a week. I am the youngest of 2 kids , but i'm my dads only child . I have a half sister named Davin, and she's recently 18 , who has my niece who will be 2 in June .
My favorite animal is a Lemur , my favorite colors are purple and seafoam green. I've been told act older than i am although i dont see it.. I LOVE to read books on Vampires, Love Stories, Ghosts, Immortals, Werewolves, you get the point.
I would love to write a book or 2 someday.. When im of age, im getting a job for some college funds .. I'd like to travel to places around the world and take food and water to the hungry , i'd also like to have something like a car wash, or bake sale and donate the money to my local shelter . I just would love to do anything of that nature..
There are many things i wish to do in my life, and even though im only 13 i doubt i'll even do half a handful of them..
I'll be honest, sometimes i dream about it, but the future, and growing up, being on my own, paying taxes, the whole nine yards, scares the poop out of me.. Thinking of the real world traumatizes me..
My relationships with my family suck except for with my dad, and my cousin Veronica..
I fight with my mom constantly because of many reasons, but the main one being her boyfriend. It's not that i dont want her to be happy, its that he is a total D-Bag and she knows it, and still keeps him around.. Her boyfriend is also part of the reason i moved in with my dad.

Oh ! I also want to help wash penguins off that have gotten caught in oil spills.. I really would.. it seems amazing.. and i want to organize a group to go around picking up trash off the sides of roads, and to help plant flowers and trees..
I wish instead of wasting paper, the electric and water company would email the bill and stuff to you or something..
I would like my kids to be able to see and know what Polar Bears are someday , If i have kids...
Anyways,... Thats my messy bits of a lifee.. Any comments or anything you wanna know just ask...

Faith, you'd be happy to know almost every single one of our bills is electronic now. Most companies do offer that. Baby steps are good, right? LOL

You're only 13. Don't be scared about the future. Wait a few years for that. You have such a huge heart. I have no doubt you'll do something fantastic with your life!

Have you thought about volunteering at your local humane society? That may be something you would enjoy.

You can also talk to your mom & dad about going paperless...that's what our creditors call it when they don't send us a paper bill. You can go on the website and somewhere on there, and often times when you pay your bill online a popup pops up asking if you would like to go paperless, then it gives you the option of selecting accept or decline, but if not, somewhere on the site there should be an option to select paperless. Now they will have to go online to get the bill and pay it from that point on but if they know it's important to you, they may do it.

My local humane society doesnt take volunteers under the age of 16.. They started doing that because a kid volunteered and a dog attacked them.. But whenever i get the chance i always go up there on the weekends to walk the dogs
