Here is the horrible monstrosity of a cage I brought my pet shop rescued glider home in

I was also duped into buying pellet food, a wodent wheel, and a heat rock. I despise mill breeders so much. I didn't realize how bad they were until reading through the posts on this site. I'm glad there are good people that love pets and their owners!

Here is the cage that is on the way, the 24th or 30th! If you notice in the above picture, the wodent wheel has already been replaced by the Raptor wheel, also, no heat rock. I also got my Gengi tent today, its on for tonight! I also got HPW Complete for my baby on the way. Now I just have to find a cool cage set for Zeke!

We just bought the same cage, and it came today! It is huge! We're going to have the happiest sugar gliders in town!

Here is the cage set that I got for him... so rugged and earthy!

I think it will go perfect with the cage size, if not, I'll just get another. I'm glad we're bonding so well!

It should be here about the same time

Honestly, that top cage isn't as bad as I've seen.

The cage you purchased is great, that was the one I ordered when I switched from my Hexagon. (The Hex was too big!)

But for future reference...if you ever get more gliders and need additional cages I would highly recommend thelashop. I'll post a link for you....the cages I recommend are currently out of stock but they come back in every few months...then sell out...repeat.

I know approx. how much the cage you purchased costs...as I said, I bought that one about a year ago...I'm sure it's close to the same, and I'm telling you, I bought TWO from thelashop for LESS than I paid for this one and the cages are awesome.

I got 2 for a total of $233.00 > I personally paid $260 plus for the same one you just purchased thru EBAY.

Anyway, just thought you might like the info. in case you need a future purchase.

The second one in this pic is the one you just purchased...the last one (black) is the lashop cage. It is 1/2in. shorter but a 1/2in. wider.

I too, have seen worse starter cages..Keep it tho', because the next best thing You can do for your little buddy, is to get him a friend.
They are colony animals & thrive when they have a mate/friend..I'm NO WAY suggesting breeding at this time, but they really need another glider to be truly happy.
He seems very quick to bond..You are lucky!
His new cage is excellent!..and his cage/pouch set is very cool..Nice job changing out the wheels already too.
Welcome to GG..Enjoying your pix!

I'm definitely going to keep if for getting another newcomer. It will make an OK quarantine cage also.
