So, I had my baby out playing earlier and she found a few piece of our ferret's kibble that they like to store in random places and she seemed to really enjoy it(put up a fight when trying to take it away). Is this stuff safe? Could it potentially be used (a few pieces) as a snack in her bowl during the day or as a little treat? The ferret food we use is: http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2752062&lmdn=Pet+Type&f=PAD%2FpsNotAvailInUS%2FNo

P.S. I do clean the food stashes our ferrets make every night so she just got lucky with what she got I suppose.

Its probably an alright treat so long as she eats all of her nectar replacement diet.
