make sure she is on a diet formulated for feeding mothers and don't change her day to day to much. Basically avoid anything that can bring on stress and make sure she has adequate nutrition so her joeys can nurse

One thing you will want to prepare for is joey rejection. On Suz's site she has information as well as rejection kits. http://www.suzsugargliders.com/helpforrejectedjoeys.htm

And as mentioned, her diet will be even more important while the joeys develop and nurse. She will be needing more protein, there are articles in the gliderpedia that should help you.

Make sure that they have or you find a good glider vet. If you plan to keep the family together, all males will have to be neutered as they will mate with any female (mom, sister, daughter).

Also, I'm sure a lot of folks will come along with good information on what to expect and what to do.

You might want to consider getting Rallita neutered. It is possible for her to get pregnant again while having joeys in pouch.

Good luck.

Most importantly, what diet are you feeding her? She must be getting enough protein in order to make milk for the babies. How old are they? In an ideal case, mom and dad take care of the joeys all on their own and do a great job. This does not always work out; if either parent is under 1 year old, or sometimes even just because it is their first time, or if one of the babies gets sick mom may stop feeding it, or sometimes just randomly a baby or both can be rejected. We had two rejected babies our first time around and one of them died of hypothermia because she was left out in the cage alone. Glider babies cannot make their own heat, and in 10-20 minutes of being alone can DIE of being too cold. The dad helps a lot here because they can both watch out for things. The first 2 weeks they are ridiculously vulnerable, after a month it's a lot less stressful, and at 2 months they can be "independent" of mom and dad but no one really recommends separating them unless you have to. Exception being if you get baby boys you must get them neutered around 3 months (before their bald spot develops) or they will mate with mom, and if you get baby girls you must get the father neutered before they are 4 months old. If you do not, you'll have to separate them, but that is tough on everyone. Good luck!
