Like humans, sugar gliders' weights can vary greatly.
On average, though, a glider can weight:
8 weeks OOP (Out Of Pouch) - 9 months, male: 65g - 90g
8 weeks OOP (Out Of Pouch) - 9 months, female: 50g - 85g
9 months +, male: 75g - 150g
9 months +, female: 60g - 135g
Of course, there is not an unanimous agreement on that, for example if you looked at wikipedia, you would find the following:
Weight, males: 140 grams (115–160)g, females: 115 grams (95–135)g
There are even variations among genders, where you can find really big females and very small males.
Just keep in mind that gliders continue growing until the age of 2, though they are done with most of their growth by the age of 1.
To make sure your glider is healthy simply monitor his weight. As long as he doesn't feel all fluffy and there is no fat in his patagium, your glider should be healthy. Also, your vet should help you determine what is a healthy weight for your glider.
For example, I have a caramel, whose regular wight is between 185g-193g; while his twin sister's is 105g-112g.
As for age, it is usually determined from their OOOP time.
Hope this is helpful.
