"Mill Breeder" is a term used to identify organizations or people who mass breed animals for profit, typically at the expense of correct welfare for the animals. This term is used a lot on news, articles and activist propaganda to help emotionalize points of view. It is additionally often used to identify those who actually only sell animals en mass who may better be considered "Mill Brokers".
