We use 2 small lamps in our living room 1 on opposite corners of the room in one we have a bug light (yellow) and in the other we have a 3 way bulb, when it is time for them to get up and play we turn those lights on the 3 way on the lowest setting.. and they are happy. You can set your gliders schedule. what time do you normally go to bed? choose a time 2 hrs earlier and wake them up under low light conditions. do this each night at the same time eventually they will learn when the lights go down they can get up. At first they may only want to play for a short time then back to bed and they will be groggy when they are first awaken (cuddleing time). soon they will adapt. as long as they think it is night time they will do well. Good luck
