Mine wait til we go to bed to get up.
We trick 'em sometimes......turn out all the lights, go in our bedroom and be quiet for a minute. We can hear them up playing right away!
If we stay up and wait, it would be 2 or 3 in the morning before they'd come out on their own.
Same in the morning, if we quietly come out to see them first thing, we get to see some action, but if we get up and around like normal, they just go right to bed.
These are very tame and spoiled ones too. Sometimes they do come out earlier but it's not their habit.
