I almost gagged LOL i had 1000 squirming worms on my kitchen floor on news paper, it was just like out of a horror movie but I love my critter crew and believe me they love this treat, just thought I'd pass on the advice! : take care! We also buy our mealworms 1000 at a time from Grubco, but we just keep them in the bag with the newspapers and shake out a few each evening. The bag (and the box it came in) stay in the refrigerator between snack times. We lose very few mealworms this way, and it's a lot more convenient than repacking them into the little plastic tubs.
