AOL chat rooms created by members are temporary. Once it's been empty for a while...it'd removed. You pretty much have to create it every day. What you could do though is save it as a fav place and then when you are in, invite others to join you. Then they can also save it as a fav place. It will open automatically and it might catch on better that way.
