Don't let her shock you -- this is normal for a new baby. Just let her (I know it sounds weird) bite you...WITHOUT pulling away! When they are young, they usually don't have enough strength to puncture your skin anyway [NEVER wear gloves before bonding!-- she needs to deal with you directly to bond at all!] After a while, she will realize that she was trying to defend herself, but for no reason, because even when she was biting you, you did not hurt her ;-) Once she realizes this, the biting will almost go away -- and the bonding will be on its way.
