What type of cage are you using? Most cages have a screen to prevent gliders from getting to their feces and to stop them from eating discarded(possibly spoiled)foods that fall to the floor.

My vet said that suaully when an animal eats feces - it is lacking something in it's diet. Have you asked your vet for his or her opinion?
