Hi. I am really very sorry to hear about you lose. I am sorry that I don't have any helpful information for you however.
But I do think someone mention on this before that their glider just suddenly passed away aswell...but I don't recal their reason. Sorry. Again I am sorry about your lose.
Hang in there.

: Greetings,
: Would anyone have a clue as to what could cause the sudden
: death of an apparently healthy happy sugar glider? We have
: had two males for about three years. We dont know the actual
: age because they were being soldas no-longer-wanted pet
: by new stepfather who didn't know the age. In the beginning we
: read all we could and have followed all guidlines as to
: nutrition, housing, love and care, etc. They are friendly,
: sociable, and active. At 2:00am they were doing their usual
: rampage, running amok in their cage, running on the wheel, etc.
: About noon today, we found one dead in his sleeping box, curled
: up just like he was asleep. We are distreesed as to his death
: and worried about the other one. We have long since been aware
: of hind limb paralysis and have tried to make sure their
: nurition is appropriate. They both are probably a little
: overweight but certainly not obese. Any thoughts appreciated

: Also, a while back I ran across a website or web reference
: to a Kentucky breeder who was not that far away from us
: (northen middle Tennessee). Does anyone know of them, or
: any other breeder nearby?

: Any info greatly appreciated

: Randle and Pam
