The safest way is to thoroughly glider-proof one room of your house, preferably the room

their cage is in and let them run free in there. It's not a good idea to let them have total

freedom in your whole house because there are way too many dangers that can be

overlooked. The most dangerous place is the kitchen, its extremely hard to glider-proof

because of the appliances. They can easily crawl up into the stove or behind the

refrigerator not to mention get in the trash or garbage disposal.

To glider-proof the one room you have chosen, you will need to check for any possible

When you make absolutely sure there is nothing that could harm your glider, you can allow

them to play there at night. You should supervise them very closely at first to make sure

there is not some danger you overlooked. Gliders will surprise you sometimes, I thought I

had their room glider-proofed several times but they still find ways to get into trouble.
