Subject: gliders on TV show... Posted by dominic on June 07, 1999 at 10:30:32: i was just watching an animal show, and they had a sugar glider on, looked to be a animal rescue park in austrailia. the one they showed....was HUGE, i'd say about 8-10 inches long, and maybe twice the size of any glider i've seen around here....also the tail was really short, barely longer than it's hind legs... is this just a subspecies on the gliders, or do they just grow bigger over there...lol the show was animal planet i believe.
