Subject: what age?

I have had my glider for a reasonably short time, for the past while I have been leaving her alone because it seemed after we hit a point (where she didn't mind crawling on me/feeding from my fingers) that anything else was just going too fast. For the longest time I have just been leaving her alone, and I think now she is ready to really start the pouch training. Before it was "this person is trying to push something on me" and now it seems she wants more companionship. I took her out (in her pouch) today and read a book with her in the pouch for an hour (no crabbing this time, yeah!)

1) I need a companion for Pele so that she can see pouch bonding (baby being easier to train) and so that she can have someone to sleep with her on lonely "nights"

2) I don't know how young I can go..will she hurt a baby?
She is very well-natured (aside from not being pouch-trained)
please any help would be appreciated-
Mandy and Pele:)
