Well, I'm about to make some Leadbeater's mix for my baby glider. But I wanted to ask a question about protein. My glider, Eve, really doesn't seem big enough to eat a cricket yet. I haven't even gotten to eat ANYTHING yet (since I got her yesterday). Today I got some mealworms and they were disgusting-- not because worms make me squeemish or anything....because they were DEAD!! They were SUPPOSED to be alive, but they absolutely positively WERE NOT. So here's the question. The egg in Leadbeater's provides the protein. So can I wait to give her crickets til she's bigger if she's eating the Leadbeater's? Or should I give her some boiled chicken? That would probably be the best option. I just wanna get some experienced advice, to make sure I'm being the best mommy I possibly can...hehehe...thanks everyone!
