I have leadbeaters that I prepare the same way and offer to them. I also sometimes use baby cereal or monkey chow... or you can just keep it up with the crickets & mealies. (easy on the mw.) Careful with taking her 'out' anywhere if she's not confined somehow... until she is bonded to you... and be VERY careful even then. That could just create a situation that none would like to hear... :( I would say the given your living situation, she will bond to the both of you well. Spend as much time as possible with her, waking her up here and there, if you feel the 'need'... hand feed her treats... talk to her softly... and touch her often (even if she's asleep) and she will unmistakably bond to you as well as him. 'Sleeping' bonding time is usually just as effective (especially as a first step) as 'waking' bonding time. He may have the 'fun' job of playtime for now... but make no mistake, playtime can be rough.:) He'll have his hands full for a while, but it gets easier as the bond grows... As long as she is exposed to both of you, in a consistant manner, everything should be great. And remember, adult gliders can bond (and/or re-bond) given the time nessessary for readjustment... so there is always the possibility of making the bond stronger... Thx, v.
