the tie off method may sound really bad and everything but
it IS much less invasive. Of course it hurts and all but
surgery also causes the animal to be sore. Also, if the vet
doesn't have much training with exotics he/she may not know
how to deal with a glider surgery. And if you've ever
watched an animal wake up from anesthesia, you know its
pretty tough. Sometimes animals just have a hard time with
drugs.
