: First of all congrats on yer new little baby...

: vitamins: many places online you can order Glideraid, I believe you mix it with water
: for calcium I use RepCal 3D, sprinkled on food a couple times a wk, or mixed into Leadbeaters mix ( see lower postings for reciepe ) I got mine from one of the large chain store type pet places, Petco or something along those lines in the reptile department

: 10pm is fine for feeding, remove the left over food in the am, mine like to sleep later at nite and get up later... so I dont usually remove the food till 11ish, and I always leave some dry food in the cage and usually some 1/2'd grapes for daytime snacking if they wake up

: there is nothing at all wrong with spending some time during the day with her, but this will be bonding, not playing time... actually if you get her up at the same time each day she'll most likely start waking up at this time on her own looking forward to seeing you, gliders are VERY social..and her being a lone glider she'll want and need even more attention... as for taking her places with you DO IT if you can, dont worry about her being "annoyed" she'll just fall asleep in your pocket or pouch, dont worry about sounds or movement etc, you'd be amazed what they will sleep through... plus she'll bond to you all that much sooner by getting used to your smells and sounds etc

: as for gliding, I cant be of all that much help, my adults weren't very tame and would just jump down from their cage top, often on my head LOL but with cats I cant risk they running around my room... my babies are just learning how to jump distances so I'll be learning just like you

: best wishes with your new little girl!

---Thank you very much for the help! Umm, numerous people and some zoo sites have suggested either
reptovit or rep-something 3d or gliderade. Should these be given dry, with food, or in water. Ive heard
people say all three!! Thanks again, in advance. Gliders are
the BEST!
