First of all, you DO NOT!!!! need to feed you glider at
Midnight!!! I like to feed Crickett between 9 and 11, (before I go to bed, and I would reccommend that because you don't want to feed him too early because he may not awaken while his fruit is still fresh, and not too late, or he won't have time to enjoy it before getting sleepy again. (My glider draggs out feeding time all nite long!)
Also, in the morning, when I wake up, or before I go to bed, or school, I supply him with some dry food. (grain, wheat, nuts, seeds, etc.) so that if he awakens during the day, or is hungry before I can chop up his food, he will have something to satisfy him!
Jane2 is my good friend, and she was referring to me when she talked about gliders from the petstore, and I completely agree with everything she said! Gliders from a breeder are much better (usually) and cheaper (always). I got my glider awhile ago and since then they have become increasingly popular! But they were not very common when I got mine, so when I saw the cute little things in the store, I immediately started planning for my purchase. I would definately (now that I know breeders w/ reasonable prices exist) reccommend that you get your lil' cutie from one. If you do not know of any breeders in your area, leave a post so someone near you can respond. I hope I have been of some help, if you have any questions, leave me a post! Buh-bye!
