you know what, i'm going to have to side with david. i love sugarglider.com, but i don't think he is being unreasonable at all. he is completely right about not having any responsibility to search through the site for every instance of copyright infringement. after all, he did not commit the act and i'm sure he has time restraints as well. it does not show a lack of care for sugar gliders, just that he takes pride in pawprint's research. facts collected from his page and others like it can still be used to write the gliderpedia without directly copying or paraphrasing the material. i, for one, apologize.
i mean, how would you all like it if you were running a web site and found that someone copied all of your hard-earned research and took it as their own? i don't really understand why david won't just allow terry to credit him for the copied info, but it is wholly his perogative to choose not to. i don't think we should take this to mean he is a bad breeder. without knowing the truth, we may be committing an injustice to an otherwise fine sg breeder.
